I had an excellent experience closing on a property because of Denise. She really went out of her way to make sure I understood all the documents like the closing disclosure, Alta, and warranty deed. After closing, she even provided me with a list of helpful links that I need to start on my property. I was extremely stressed because I was running late due to traffic but Denise was very understanding and accommodating and told me not to stress that everything will run smoothly which it did. She gave me piece of mind and when I arrived I felt at ease with her friendly demeanor. Would recommend her a million times!!
