I had an excellent experience closing on a property because of Denise. She really went out of her way to make sure I understood all the documents like the closing disclosure, Alta, and warranty deed. After closing, she even provided me with a list of helpful links that I need to start on my property. I was extremely stressed because I was running late due to traffic but Denise was very understanding and accommodating and told me not to stress that everything will run smoothly which it did.
